Of the unobligated balances available to the Department of Veterans Affairs from prior appropriations Acts, the following funds are hereby rescinded from the following accounts in the amounts specified: Veterans Health Administration, Medical Services , $350,000,000; Veterans Health Administration, Medical Support and Compliance , $10,000,000; Veterans Health Administration, Medical and Prosthetic Research , $50,000,000; Veterans Health Administration, DOD-VA Health Care Sharing Incentive Fund , $15,949,000;
National Cemetery Administration , $1,000,000; Departmental Administration, Board of Veterans Appeals , $8,000,000; and Departmental Administration, Veterans Electronic Health Record , $70,000,000: , That no amounts may be rescinded from amounts that were designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to a concurrent resolution on the budget or the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended.
