The table of sections in section 101(b) of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act is amended— in the item relating to title II, by striking INTERAGENCY COUNCIL ON THE HOMELESS and inserting UNITED STATES INTERAGENCY COUNCIL ON HOMELESSNESS ; by striking the item relating to section 209; and in the item relating to section 491, by striking 491 and inserting 441 ; in the item relating to section 492, by striking 492 and inserting 442 ; and by inserting before the item relating to title V the following: Subtitle E—5-Year Path to End Homelessness Sec. 451. Funding to address unmet needs. Sec. 452. Special purpose vouchers. Sec. 453. Outreach funding. .
