Subsection
(d)of section 12001 of the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2005 ( Public Law 108–287 ; 118 Stat. 1011) is amended by striking after September 30, 2020 and inserting after September 30, 2025 . Section 514(b)(2)(A) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 ( 22 U.S.C. 2321h(b)(2)(A) ) is amended by striking 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 and inserting 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 .
