Section 1001(a)(19) of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 ( 34 U.S.C. 10261(a)(19) ) is amended by inserting after for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 the following: , and $36,500,000 for the period beginning on March 1, 2019, and ending on March 31, 2020 .
