Section 40299 of the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 ( 34 U.S.C. 12351 ) is amended— in subsection (a), in the matter preceding paragraph (1)— by striking the Director of the Violence Against Women Office and inserting the Director of the Office on Violence Against Women ; and by inserting after , other nonprofit, nongovernmental organizations the following: , population-specific organizations ; and in subsection (g)— in paragraph (1), by striking 2014 through 2018 and inserting 2020 through 2024 ; in paragraph (2), by striking 5 percent and inserting 8 percent ; and in paragraph (3)(B), by striking 0.25 percent and inserting 0.5 percent .
