On October 1 of each year, the Government Accountability Office shall issue a public report to Congress on the following: For each of the 5 fiscal years ending immediately before the report, the Creek Nation’s expenditure of all Federal funds. An analysis of Federal funds allocated by the Creek Nation’s leadership for its member benefits and services and for administrative and other purposes. A determination of whether or not the Creek Nation is in full compliance with all Federal regulations and laws regarding the management and disbursement of Federal funds.
