Section 1027 of the Consumer Financial Protection Act ( 12 U.S.C. 5517 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Notwithstanding any provision of this title or the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act of 1975, the Bureau may not eliminate, with respect to the reporting requirements under the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act of 1975, any data fields that were required to be reported on the date of enactment of this subsection. .
