Section 516(b)(1) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1375(b)(1) ) is amended— by striking , of the cost of construction and inserting , of

(i)the cost of construction ; and by striking each of the States; and inserting each of the States, and

(ii)the costs to implement measures necessary to address the resilience and sustainability of publicly owned treatment works to manmade or natural disasters; .
