Title VI of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1381 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this title the following sums: $2,400,000,000 for fiscal year 2021. $2,600,000,000 for fiscal year 2022. $2,800,000,000 for fiscal year 2023. $3,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2024. $3,200,000,000 for fiscal year 2025. .
