Section 330I of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 254c–14 ) is amended— in subsection (f)(3), by adding at the end the following: Providers of maternal care, including prenatal, labor care, birthing, and postpartum care services and entities operating obstetric care units. ; and in subsection (h)(1)(B), by inserting labor care, birthing care, postpartum care, before or prenatal .
