Funds appropriated in titles I and IX of this Act under headings for Military Personnel may be used for expenses described therein for members of the Space Force on active duty: , That amounts appropriated under such headings may be used for payments pursuant to section 156 of Provided Public Law 97–377 , as amended ( 42 U.S.C. 402 note), and to the Department of Defense Military Retirement Fund.
