Sec. 4007. Study on Blue Hydrogen Technology

The Secretary of Energy shall conduct a study to examine opportunities for research and development in integrating blue hydrogen technology in the industrial power sector and how that could enhance the deployment and adoption of carbon capture and storage. Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Energy shall submit to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate and the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology of the House of Representatives a report that describes the results of the study under subsection (a).
