Section 902(b)(3) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 (114 Stat. 2708) is amended by inserting prepared under section 905(e) (as in effect on the day before the date of enactment of the before the period at the end. Water Resources Development Act of 2020 ) Section 903 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 (114 Stat. 2708) is amended— by striking paragraphs
(2)and (4); and by redesignating paragraphs
(3)and
(5)as paragraphs
(2)and (3), respectively.
