Section 1105 of the CARES Act ( 15 U.S.C. 9004 ) is amended by striking the 3-month period beginning on the date of enactment of this Act and inserting the period beginning on the date of enactment of this Act and ending on June 30, 2021 . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall be effective as if included in the CARES Act ( Public Law 116–136 ; 134 Stat. 281).
