Section 2101(b) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 6611(b) ) is amended—(1) in paragraph (2)(A)(iv), by inserting through fiscal year 2022 after fiscal year 2020 ; and
(2)in paragraph (3), by striking 2021 both places it appears and inserting 2023 in its place.
