Section 6(a)(3) of the North American Wetlands Conservation Act ( 16 U.S.C. 4405(a)(3) ) is amended— by striking
(3)in lieu of and inserting the following: In lieu of ; in the second sentence, by striking The Secretary shall and inserting the following: The Secretary shall ; and by striking the third sentence and inserting the following: Any real property interest conveyed under this paragraph shall be subject to terms and conditions that ensure that— the real property interest will be administered for the long-term conservation and management of the wetland ecosystem and the fish and wildlife dependent on that ecosystem; the grantor of a real property interest has been provided with information relating to all available conservation options, including conservation options that involve the conveyance of a real property interest for a limited period of time; and the provision of the information described in clause
(ii)has been documented. . Section 7(c) of the North American Wetlands Conservation Act ( 16 U.S.C. 4406(c) ) is amended— in paragraph (4), by striking and ; in paragraph (5), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: $75,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2024. .
