Section 1001(a)(19) of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 ( 34 U.S.C. 10261(a)(19) ) is amended by striking for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 and inserting for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2019 .
