The Director of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers may accept transfers to the account established by section 407(a) of division F of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2018 ( Public Law 115–141 ) from Government agencies requesting the construction of special use facilities, as authorized by the Economy Act ( 31 U.S.C. 1535(b) ): , That the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers maintain administrative control and ownership upon completion of such facilities.
