In addition to any other amounts authorized to be appropriated to the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Marijuana Tax and Trade Bureau, there is authorized to be appropriated, for each of the fiscal years 2019 and 2020, $10,000,000, which shall be used to carry out this Act and the amendments made by this Act.
