Not later than 90 days after the last day of each fiscal year for which grant funding has been provided under this title, grant recipients shall submit to the Secretary a report containing such information as the Secretary requires concerning their use of their grant. At least once every 6 months, the Secretary shall report to Congress on the Act’s implementation and effects.
