Subsection
(d)of section 201 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 121 ) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: To provide timely threat information regarding election infrastructure to the chief State election official of the State with respect to which such information pertains. .
