Sec. 5115. Study and report on small dollar financing program

Not later than 2 years after the completion of the first election cycle in which the program established under title V of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as added by section 5111, is in effect, the Federal Election Commission shall— assess— the amount of payment referred to in section 501 of such Act; and the amount of a qualified small dollar contribution referred to in section 504(a)(1) of such Act; and submit to Congress a report that discuses whether such amounts are sufficient to meet the goals of the program. The Commission shall update and revise the study and report required by subsection
(a)on a biennial basis. The requirements of this section shall terminate ten years after the date on which the first study and report required by subsection
(a)is submitted to Congress.
