Section 205 of the Help America Vote Act of 2002 ( 52 U.S.C. 20925 ) is amended by striking subsection (e). The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall apply with respect to contracts entered into by the Election Assistance Commission on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.
