Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Federal Protective Service, in conjunction with the Office of Management and Budget, shall provide a report to the Committees on Appropriations of the Senate and the House of Representatives providing no fewer than three options for a revised method to assess and allocate costs for countermeasures.
