The Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the Senate shall report changes in laws within its jurisdiction to reduce the deficit by not less than $1,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2019 and by not less than $5,000,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2019 through 2028. The Committee on Armed Services of the Senate shall report changes in laws within its jurisdiction to reduce the deficit by not less than $1,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2019 and by not less than $5,000,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2019 through 2028.
The Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs of the Senate shall report changes in laws within its jurisdiction to reduce the deficit by not less than $1,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2019 and by not less than $5,000,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2019 through 2028. The Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate shall report changes in laws within its jurisdiction to reduce the deficit by not less than $1,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2019 and by not less than $5,000,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2019 through 2028.
The Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate shall report changes in laws within its jurisdiction to reduce the deficit by not less than $1,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2019 and by not less than $5,000,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2019 through 2028. The Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate shall report changes in laws within its jurisdiction to reduce the deficit by not less than $1,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2019 and by not less than $5,000,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2019 through 2028.
The Committee on Finance of the Senate shall report changes in laws within its jurisdiction to reduce the deficit by not less than $1,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2019 and by not less than $5,000,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2019 through 2028. The Committee on Finance of the Senate shall report changes in laws within its jurisdiction to reduce revenues by not less than $18,600,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2019 through 2028. The Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate shall report changes in laws within its jurisdiction to reduce the deficit by not less than $1,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2019 and by not less than $5,000,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2019 through 2028.
The Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions of the Senate shall report changes in laws within its jurisdiction to reduce the deficit by not less than $1,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2019 and by not less than $5,000,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2019 through 2028. The Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate shall report changes in laws within its jurisdiction to reduce the deficit by not less than $1,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2019 and by not less than $5,000,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2019 through 2028.
The Committee on Indian Affairs of the Senate shall report changes in laws within its jurisdiction to reduce the deficit by not less than $1,000,000 for fiscal year 2019 and by not less than $5,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2019 through 2028. The Select Committee on Intelligence of the Senate shall report changes in laws within its jurisdiction to reduce the deficit by not less than $1,000,000 for fiscal year 2019 and by not less than $5,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2019 through 2028.
The Committee on the Judiciary of the Senate shall report changes in laws within its jurisdiction to reduce the deficit by not less than $1,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2019 and by not less than $5,000,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2019 through 2028. The Committee on Rules and Administration of the Senate shall report changes in laws within its jurisdiction to reduce the deficit by not less than $1,000,000 for fiscal year 2019 and by not less than $5,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2019 through 2028.
The Committee on Veterans Affairs of the Senate shall report changes in laws within its jurisdiction to reduce the deficit by not less than $1,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2019 and by not less than $5,000,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2019 through 2028. In the Senate, not later than June 20, 2018, the committees named in subsections
(a)through
(o)shall submit their recommendations to the Committee on the Budget of the Senate. Upon receiving such recommendations, the Committee on the Budget of the Senate shall report to the Senate a reconciliation bill carrying out all such recommendations without any substantive revision.
