The Secretary of Homeland Security shall conduct a series of public service campaigns to educate the people of the United States on threats to their cybersecurity and to urge better online practices to ensure the protection of private information. In conducting such campaigns, the Secretary shall offer training in basic skills on fact checking news articles and media sources. There are authorized to be appropriated for the Secretary of Homeland Security $25,000,000 for fiscal years 2018 through 2019 to carry out the activities set forth in subsection (a).
