Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the minimum number of military technicians (dual status) as of the last day of fiscal year 2018 for the specified reserve components of the Army and the Air Force (notwithstanding section 129 of title 10, United States Code) shall be the following: For the Army National Guard of the United States, 25,507. For the Air National Guard of the United States, 22,103.
