Section 2 of the Mineral Leasing Act (as amended by section 5) is amended by adding at the end the following: Any appraisal report conducted under this section shall be made publicly available on the website of the Bureau of Land Management, with appropriate redactions of or protections for confidential material or information. The Secretary shall track and make publicly available on the website of the Bureau of Land Management information on individual and total lease sales, high bids, royalty payments, and revenue relating to activities conducted under this section. .
