Effective as if included in the enactment of the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015 ( Public Law 114–10 , 129; Stat. 87), paragraph
(1)of section 221(a) of such Act is amended by inserting , an additional $235,000,000 for fiscal year 2017, and $235,000,000 for fiscal year 2018 after through 2017 .
