Section 6101(c)(2)(A) of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990 ( 42 U.S.C. 2214(c)(2)(A) ) is amended— in clause (iii), by striking and at the end; in clause (iv), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: amounts appropriated to the Commission for the fiscal year for activities related to the development of regulatory infrastructure for advanced nuclear reactor technologies, including activities required under section 103 of the Nuclear Energy Innovation and Modernization Act . . Effective October 1, 2020, section 6101 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990 ( 42 U.S.C. 2214 ) is repealed.
