Section 465(a)(2) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1087ee(a)(2) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A)— in clause (i)(II), by striking or after the semicolon; in clause (ii), by inserting or after the semicolon; and by inserting after clause
(ii)the following: in an elementary school or secondary school that is a Bureau school or a Bureau-funded school (as defined in section 1141 of the Education Amendments of 1978 ( 25 U.S.C. 2021 )); ; and in subparagraph (G), by inserting Native American language immersion, after foreign languages, .
