Not later than March 1, 2019, the Secretary of Defense shall— identify and review each activity, program, and project of the Department of Defense completed, being carried out, or planned to be carried out on the ISS as of the date of the review; and submit to the appropriate committees of Congress a report that describes the results of the review under paragraph (1). In this section, the term appropriate committees of Congress includes— the Committee on Armed Services of the Senate ; the Committee on Armed Services of the House of Representatives ; and the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives .
