Clause
(i)of section 402(e)(4)(D) is amended by inserting after section 401(c)(1). at the end of the second sentence the following: A distribution of an annuity contract from a trust or annuity plan referred to in the first sentence of this clause may be treated as a part of a lump sum distribution. . The amendment made by this section shall take effect as if included in section 1401(b)(1) of the Small Business Job Protection Act of 1996.
