Sec. 747. Services to reduce HIV/AIDS in racial and ethnic minority communities

For the purpose of reducing HIV/AIDS in racial and ethnic minority communities, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Minority Health, may make grants to public health agencies and faith-based organizations to conduct— outreach activities related to HIV/AIDS prevention and testing activities; HIV/AIDS prevention activities; and HIV/AIDS testing activities. To carry out this section, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for fiscal years 2019 through 2023.
