Section 214(a) ( 20 U.S.C. 9123(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking fiscal year 2011 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2012 through 2016 and inserting “ fiscal year 2018 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2019 through 2023 each of the fiscal years 2020 through 2025 ”; and in paragraph (2), by striking fiscal year 2011 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2012 through 2016 and inserting “ fiscal year 2018 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2019 through 2023 each of the fiscal years 2020 through 2025 ”.
