Section 276 ( 20 U.S.C. 9176 ), as redesignated by section 17 19 (1), is amended— in subsection (a), by striking fiscal year 2011 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2012 through 2016 and inserting ; and fiscal year 2018 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2019 through 2023 each of the fiscal years 2020 through 2025 in subsection
