Section 214(a) ( 20 U.S.C. 9123(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking fiscal year 2011 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2012 through 2016 and inserting “fiscal year 2018 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2019 through 2023”; and in paragraph (2), by striking fiscal year 2011 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2012 through 2016 and inserting “fiscal year 2018 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2019 through 2023”.
