Section 251 ( 20 U.S.C. 9151 ) is amended— by inserting tribal, after public, ; and by striking and libraries serving individuals with disabilities and inserting and libraries serving people of diverse geographic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds, individuals with disabilities, residents of rural and urban areas, Native Americans, military families, veterans, and caregivers. .
