Section 202 ( 20 U.S.C. 9101 ) is amended— in paragraph (2), by striking means the skills associated with using technology to enable users to find, evaluate, organize, create, and communicate information. and inserting “means the skills associated with— using technology to enable users to find, evaluate, organize, create, and communicate information; and developing digital citizenship and the responsible use of technology. ; and in paragraph (5), by striking by the Secretary of the Interior .
