Section 213 of the John S. McCain III, Daniel K. Akaka, and Samuel R. Johnson VA Maintaining Internal Systems and Strengthening Integrated Outside Networks Act of 2018 ( Public Law 115–182 ) is amended— in the section header, by striking and inserting Pacific territories ; territories of the United States in subsection (a)— by striking 180 days and inserting 270 days ; and by striking Pacific territories and inserting territories of the United States ; in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1)— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking Pacific territories and inserting territories of the United States ; and by adding at the end the following:
Extended care. ; and in paragraph (2)— by striking community-based outpatient clinic and inserting medical facility ; and by striking Pacific territory and inserting territory of the United States ; and in subsection (c)— by striking Pacific territories and inserting territories of the United States ; by striking and ; and by inserting before the period at the end the following: , Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands .
