Section 897 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1161aa ) is amended by striking $11,500,000 and all that follows through succeeding fiscal years and inserting $13,500,000 for fiscal year 2019 and each succeeding fiscal year . Section 898 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1161aa–1 ) is amended by striking $11,500,000 for fiscal year 2009 and for each of the five succeeding fiscal years and inserting $21,000,000 for fiscal year 2019 and each succeeding fiscal year .
