Section 5505 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (b)(5)(B), by inserting , and make publicly available on the Department of Transportation website, after Senate ; and by amending subsection (d)(2)(B) to read as follows: make publicly available on the Department of Transportation website a description of that review and evaluation. .
