Section 1459A of the Safe Drinking Water Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300j–19a ) is amended by striking subsection
(j)and inserting the following: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section— $230,000,000 for fiscal year 2019; and $300,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2023. .
