The Administrator, in coordination with the Administrator of the Federal Highway Administration, shall develop and issue guidance for State , and local , and Tribe governments and Indian tribal governments (as defined in section 102 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act ( regarding repair, restoration, and replacement of inundated and submerged roads damaged or destroyed by a major disaster declared by the President under section 401 of the Robert T.
Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5122 ) 42 U.S.C. 5170 ), and for associated expenses incurred by the Government, with respect to roads eligible for assistance under section 406 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5172 ), as amended by this Act.
