Section 3101 of the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act ( 25 U.S.C. 3805 ) is amended— by striking each of fiscal years 2017 through 2023 each place it appears and inserting each of fiscal years 2017 through 2030 ; in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1)(F), in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking September 30, 2023 and inserting September 30, 2030 ; and in paragraph (2)(F), in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking September 30, 2023 and inserting September 30, 2030 ; and in subsection (f)— in paragraph (2), by striking 4 years and inserting 11 years ; and in paragraph (3), by striking each of fiscal years 2017, 2018, and 2019 and inserting each of fiscal years 2017 through 2026 .
