Section 1414(h)(1) of the Safe Drinking Water Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300g–3(h)(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (B), by striking or after the semicolon; in subparagraph (C), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: entering into a contractual agreement for significant management or administrative functions of the system to correct violations identified in the plan. . Section 1414(i)(1) of the Safe Drinking Water Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300g–3(i)(1) ) is amended by inserting a comma after 1417 .
