Sec. 1210. Report on debris removal

Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to Congress and make publicly available a report that describes— the extent to which the Secretary has carried out section 3 of the Act of March 2, 1945 ( 33 U.S.C. 603a ); and how the Secretary has evaluated potential work to be carried out under that section.
