Section 1156(a)(2) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 2310(a)(2) ) is amended by striking (as defined and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting or tribal organization (as those terms are defined in section 4 of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act ( . 25 U.S.C. 5304 )).
