Section 1150(c) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2016 ( 33 U.S.C. 701s note) is amended— in paragraph (1)— by striking During fiscal years 2017 through 2022, the Secretary and inserting The Secretary ; and by striking 10 projects and inserting 20 projects ; and in paragraph (2)— by striking shall ensure and inserting the following : shall— ensure ; by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: select not fewer than one project to be carried out on a reservation (as defined in section 3 of the Indian Financing Act of 1974) that serves more than one Indian tribe (as defined in section 4 of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act). .
