Sec. 1663. Development of Electromagnetic Battle Management capability for joint electromagnetic operations

Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Electronic Warfare Executive Committee shall designate a military service with the responsibility for acting as executive agent for the development of an Electromagnetic Battle Management capability for joint electromagnetic operations. Along with the budget for each fiscal year submitted by the President pursuant to section 1105(a) of title 31, United States Code, the Secretary of Defense shall include a certification from the Electronic Warfare Executive Committee whether sufficient funds have been budgeted for the development of an Electromagnetic Battle Management capability for joint electromagnetic operations.
